Editorial Concept

Humanities is an interdisciplinary scientific journal that publishes Scientific and Expert papers from scientific fields belonging to the fields of Social and Humanistic Sciences.
The journal was launched in 2017 aiming to become a shared platform for researchers and academic creators from regional and international scientific environment.
Humanities contributes to the development of scientific youth, creating conditions for a better flow of ideas, achievements and knowledge within the international framework. The journal promotes values and achievements of scientific work and cooperation among various actors of the scientific and educational public in Serbia
and the region.
Humanities publishes papers that meet the general standards for a scientific paper in Social and Humanistic Sciences, approved by two independent reviewers, in a anonymous proceeding. (Double-Blind Peer Preview). The journal is published twice a year in March and September in 500 copies in Serbian, English and wide spread world’s languages used in given scientific fields. All papers and each individual Journal can be found in the electronic edition of the journal in electronic form and in the PDF version of each individual copy. Published papers and journals can be downloaded free of charge from the website.
Humanities is a journal that operates on the basis of settling the real costs, and in that sense it does not perform commercial activity. The journal does not charge its authors for the publishing, reviewing or any other costs.The journal does not charge for the publishing of the papers. The costs of the administration of papers, fees for
reviewers, editors, technical design, printing and online publication are borne entirely by the publisher.
Humanities is an open access journal (Open Access Journal), where the entire content is available to users, free of charge to both individuals and institutions. Users can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or access the full text of articles, and use them for any other legally permitted purpose without requiring prior approval from
the publisher or the author, which is in accordance with the definition of open access according to BOAI. Authors of papers published in Humanities retain their authorship rights, including the copyright ownership.
